What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Mailing Lists
The Ditchling Players are the data controller for personal details you provide to us for newsletters updates or membership administration.
We maintain two mailing lists, one for Members and one for Friends of the Players, (aka Newsletter Subscribers) which sends updates about shows, including ticket sales, auditions and requests for volunteers.
We do not sell or share your personal data, and you may unsubscribe at any time by request or by using the dedicated link in each email.
However, we require members to stay subscribe to member emails, as this is our main way of keeping in contact.
Your details are stored and used by MailChimp as our data processor, and your privacy and personal details are protected in line with UK law (as well as EU and industry standard regulations). For more information see here.

We do not take comments on this website but are always keen to get feedback from our audience or potential members.
You may leave comments on our Facebook page, (subject to the standard Facebook privacy terms and conditions) or you can send us private comments by email.
