You don’t have to be a budding Benedict Cumberbatch or Olivia Colman.to be part of the team putting on one of the Ditchling Players’ shows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many of these roles are more flexible in the time required, (acting rehearsals are usually two evenings a week).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As well as actors on stage every show also needs a few people literally Behind the Scenes<\/strong>, helping out as stage crew, or running sound or lighting, and in the weeks leading up to a production there are sets, costumes and props to find and prepare and publicity to distribute, both physical and online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And providing the full experience for each audience also needs people for Front of House<\/strong>, checking tickets, or selling refreshments in the interval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
